This position is for an experienced CAD draughtsperson to join our team, working on high-end bespoke joinery projects. This role requires a technically strong individual with solid, hands-on experience in joinery design and manufacture, capable of producing accurate and detailed CAD drawings for bespoke joinery items, including cabinetry, doors, windows, stair components, and fitted furniture.

We are seeking an experienced Staircase CAD Draughtsperson to join our team. This is a key role suited to a highly competent individual with strong technical knowledge of staircase design and manufacture, capable of producing accurate, detailed drawings for bespoke staircase projects from concept through to production and installation.

We are seeking a proactive and organised team member to support the delivery of joinery projects from pre‑start through to completion. Working closely with the Project Managers, you will assist in coordinating programmes, resources, subcontractors, and documentation to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

This position is for a motivated and detail-orientated team member to support the commercial management of our joinery projects. Working closely with the Quantity Surveyor and Projects Team, this role will assist in cost control, procurement, valuations and financial reporting to ensure our projects are delivered within budget and to commercial targets.

This position is for a hard-working and reliable site carpenter's mate, to support our carpentry team on site.

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Site Carpenter to join our team. The successful candidate will work on-site delivering high-quality carpentry work across high -end residential and other prestigious projects, ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately, and to specification.

This position is to ensure all our joinery installations are completed on time, to specification and to SB Joinery's high standards. Applicants must have experience managing site teams and a problem-solving mindset.

To successfully manage and deliver projects from inception through to completion, managing and being responsible for the 6 aspects of a project – scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality and resources.

Work strategically and efficiently to deliver exceptional commercial results on prestigious projects in and around the UK and Europe. Working with the rest of the Commercial team to ensure the profitability, cost control and accurate monthly applications on projects, aswell as placing subcontract orders and managing these contracts.

Applicants must have strong numerical skills, the ability to interpret data and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

This position is for manufacturing windows and doors, setting out jobs, machining and assembling components. Applicants must have a good experience of working with wood working machinery and a proven track record.
